Terms & Billing

Payment

Net 15. Accepted: ACH, check, credit card.

Hourly Minimum

30-min minimum per session, billed in 10-min increments thereafter.

Onboarding Fee

One-time $100.00 per device setup fee for all new deployments.

Contracts

Month-to-month available. Annual contracts receive a 10% discount.

Referrals

Earn a 5% discount per referred customer who signs up. Stackable.

Support Hours

Mon – Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM ET. After-hours emergency support available.
